Nothing here is anyone’s real data. Specimen passports, synthetic accounts, sign-in codes shown on screen because this prototype sends no email. Please do not enter details you would not want another tester to see.

Paid, reviewed and granted. The travel authorisation is ready to download, and the e-Arrival Card and health declaration are already prepared from it.
Waiting for a decision
Paid and submitted, now with an officer. What has happened, what happens next, nothing invented.
Refused
Refused on the photograph, with one of the government's own fixed refusal grounds and what to do next.

Dropped into the middle of the form with the earlier steps done. Edit a field and watch it save itself.
A family of three
One trip, one payment, three statuses: granted, under review and still filling in. Each family member still gets their own individual e-Visa.

The other half of the process: the reviewing officer’s desk, with the queue, each applicant’s packet, the decision and the audit log. It is built to show how the back end of a visa decision looks, not finished to the applicant standard, and it is the part we would build next.
